corresponding answers, that we think might help you with
your own inquest.
• Experience. How much
experience (on average) do your telemarketers have? Are we
guaranteed to always have the most experienced
people in our telemarketing campaigns?
• How many calls can one telemarketer make in an 8 hour
shift?
• Accents. Do your telemarketers have a very strong
and noticeable accent, or are they
extremely well spoken and fairly, let's say "americanized"
in that regards?
• Practice and supervision. Do you include and/or
require your telemarketers practice the
script for a few mock calls or conversations
prior to officially beginning the campaign? Are
supervisors always and without exception on site
to make sure the employees are
performing their duties to the best of their
abilities?
• How are the B2B telemarketers when it comes to getting by
the "gatekeeper"?
• How often will the report be provided to us?

Experience. How much experience
(on average) do your telemarketers have? Are we guaranteed
to always have the most experienced people in our
telemarketing campaigns?
All our telemarketers have handled at least four (4)
telemarketing campaigns. They have been in the industry for
at least a year and the others for more than 4 years. We
only put the right and professional individuals to all our
campaigns and projects. You are guaranteed that all our
telemarketers are college graduates and have the best
experience.

How many calls can one telemarketer
make in an 8 hour shift?
One telemarketer can make 20-30 calls per hour or an average
of 150-250 per shift. The number of calls would depend on
the quality of the list and the length of their conversation
with a prospect.

Accents. Do your telemarketers
have a very strong and noticeable accent, or are they
extremely well spoken and fairly, let's say "americanized"
in that regards?
All our telemarketers have what we call “neutral accent” if
not “Americanized”. English is our second language here in
the Philippines, it is even our medium of instruction in
schools and offices so there won’t be any problems in
regards to that.

Practice and supervision. Do
you include and/or require your telemarketers practice the
script for a few mock calls or conversations prior to
officially beginning the campaign? Are supervisors always
and without exception on site to make sure the employees are
performing their duties to the best of their abilities?
Yes. We do intensive training with the telemarketers before
we let them dial. The training is more about the campaign
details and is tailor fit for the campaign. We can record
some mock calls for you to listen so you can give
suggestions or pointers. We can do this weekly so we can be
sure that we are on the right track and we still want you of
course to be the main influence on this campaign. We have a
ratio of 8:1 for our agents and supervisors. One supervisor
handles a team of 6-8 agents so they are well supervised and
coached one on one. We also have Quality Assurance Officers
who listen to all recorded calls so we can maintain the
quality of our service.

How are the B2B telemarketers
when it comes to getting by the "gatekeeper"?
All our B2B telemarketers sound quite firm and very
professional over the phone so they get past the
gatekeepers. Moreover, our telemarketers develop rebuttals
that work for each of them in order to deal with
gatekeepers; getting a wrong person from the list, they can
ask for the best person to talk with regarding the service
or product. We maximize every lead on the list and do our
best efforts to turn them into appointments.

How often will the report be
provided to us?
We send daily reports to all our clients in a spreadsheet
format. It contains the total number of calls per
telemarketer and the call dispositions. As for the
appointments/leads generated they can be sent every hour or
at the end of the telemarketer’s shift. Format and schedule
of reporting can be tailored fit depending on your
requirement.

Are appointments, leads or sales
guaranteed?
The number of appointments, leads or sales would depend on
the quality of the calling list that the client will
provide, but all our telemarketers maximize every lead to
turn into appointments, qualified leads or sales. We always
set a daily and weekly quota to all our telemarketers so we
can achieve your expected number.

Is there a minimum contract?
We only have a 2 week minimum contract if you hire 1-2
telemarketers. Our terms and pricing are flexible and would
depend on the number of telemarketers and length of

Once all agreements are signed
and we submit a calling list as well as a calling script,
how many days do you require prior to assigning
telemarketers to our campaign or prior to beginning?
We have a pool of telemarketers ready to dial for your
campaign after we do the product/service training. Training
will only take a day or two or longer depending on the
difficulty of the campaign. After the training we can
proceed with the 1-2 days trial run.

Yes we can definitely do that, but as per our experience
with different campaigns that we have handled we give all
our agents a 3 day learning curve. On top of that, we give a
1-2 day free trial run so we can test how the campaign will
go, consequently, give our feedback to you and communicate
some concerns so we can have everything in place by the time
we officially launch your campaign.
