ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Account Manager will be responsible for sourcing and setting up new business as well as managing existing clients.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

    • Meeting revenue and profit targets as set by General Manager.
    • Minimizing costs and account expenditure.
    • Build a solid foundation for client relationships.
    • Develop a Client Business Plan for each client and ensure that regular meetings are held to
      review the progress of that campaign against the Plan.
    • Proactive in suggesting recommended solutions and ways in which existing campaigns could
      be improved.
    • Generate new business in order to recognize and maximize on new business opportunity.
    • Responsible for all processes and documentation such as Proposals, Fee Agreements,
      Invoices and Confidentiality Agreements, and will need to ensure these are set up and
      kept up to date at all times.
    • Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of agreed reports both internally and for
      clients.
    • Support Account Executives in supply of new data, ensuring that it is supplied in a timely
      and accurate way, command highest levels of discount and is quality checked after
      purchase.

TEAM LEADER

The Team Leader’s overall responsibility is to manage the performance of his/her team.

Below is the detailed delineanation of a Team Leader’s job:

    • To support the initial training program for new and established telemarketing agents with
      ongoing weekly and daily coaching programs for all new starters and ongoing for more
      established staff
    • To ensure that your team is fully briefed on all campaign objectives and possess the
      knowledge and skills to meet the targets that clients have set
    • To conduct regular team and individual meetings with all direct reports
    • To identify ongoing training and development requirements of all team members
    • To conduct regular call monitoring/ evaluation
    • To proactively overcome any quality issues of your team through ongoing coaching and
      mentoring activities and implementing supportive procedures and working practices
    • To maintain a high quality of work and a professional approach to any campaign

To be a successful team leader in this organization you must be highly self-motivated and results oriented and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

TELEMARKETER

Telemarketers are the spine of our operation. Our results-focused principle demand that we hire only the finest. We are always looking for talented professionals to join our team. If you have the right voice accompanying the right attitude, we want to make the right call.

The major responsibilities of our telemarketers are:

    • Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers
    • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or
      for customers to attend sales presentations
    • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order
      to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
    • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
    • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted
    • Ensure the quality of - leads generated, completed surveys, and appointments set.
    • Meet the number of required calls per day.
    • Submit reports required by the Team Leader at the end of the shift.
    • Maintains all throughout good public relationship and understanding with clients/agents.
